With the group’s sixth hydraulics business, the newly formed Norwegian Hyd Partner, Volito Automation continues its Nordic expansion. Investment means great opportunities for growth and a broadening of the group’s offer.
Volito Automation has the goal of becoming the market leader in hydraulics in the Nordic region. By the start of Hyd Partner, the group is now represented in Sweden, Finland and Norway. The launch of Hyd Partner follows a model tested in Sweden with good results.
– The establishment of Hyd Partner follow the plan we have had since the start of Volito Automation says Thomas Larsson, CEO of Volito Automation. We share ownership and mission with corporates’ founder, a major reason for our success, and the very foundation of our common motivation.
Volito Automation starts Norwegian Hyd Partner with Bent Hildre and Thor Erik Varsla. Both come from Danfoss in Norway, and has extensive knowledge of hydraulics for offshore operations.
– The Norwegian hydraulics market consists of 85% of assignments for marine / offshore related activities, says Thomas Larsson. The Norwegian expertise is highly valued around the world, and large parts of the market are export duties. For Volito Automation that means big growth opportunities while broadening our skills, the strength of the whole group.
Since August, Hyd Partner are on site with offices, workshop, warehouse and service facilities. Initially, the company has signed cooperation agreements with strategic partners, and launched marketing and recruitment.
– We plan to hire another 4-5 people before year-end, says Thomas Larsson. Our goal is that Hyd Partner shall be a player among the five largest in hydraulics in Norway when we reach 2017.
