Volito Automation continues its Nordic expansion. The group has acquired 100% of PF Hydraulics in Borlänge. In connection with the acquisition, two outstanding technicians from PMC Hydraulics were recruited.

PF Hydraulics in Borlänge has a large number of loyal customers in mobile and industrial hydraulics, as well as in Dalarna in the rest of Sweden. The company had at the acquisition 7 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 25 million. In connection with the acquisition, two experienced hydraulic technician, Patrick Stenberg and Erik Jonsson were recruited. Both worked at PMC Hydraulics in Borlänge.
– The company’s founder and former owner, CEO Fredrik Strom, Sven-Erik Ostlund and Karl-Ove Pettersson, will all continue to drive the business forward in their present positions, says Thomas Larsson. When seeking new companies to the Group, long-term commitment are important elements.
The operation in PF Hydraulics focuses on the aftermarket, conversion and installation in mobile and industrial hydraulics. The company has shown strong growth since its inception in 2000.
